Room Booking Details
When booking, keep these important things in mind!
- Room Booking Portal will be released 2 days after registration via email
- All rooms come with complimentary internet
- All rooms come with a full buffet breakfast at the downstairs restaurant (TABLE:30)
Room Capacity
- King Rooms have a maximum of 3 adults + 1 adult on a rollaway bed
- Twin Rooms have a maximum of 4 adults
- All rooms allow for a 3rd and 4th adult at an additional $100/night each
Cancellations
- Free Cancellation / Changes up until 29 days before arrival
- Cancellations / Changes within 30 days carry full penalty
- Cancellations / Changes to be made in writing
- Full prepayment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival on the credit card used to book the room.
Check-In
- Photo ID for each guest will be required on check-in
- $200 Security bond will be charged per room on check-in. This will be refunded, provided the room remains undamaged and is kept in a clean, reasonable state.
- The same card used to book the room must be presented at check-in. Failure to provide will require a different payment method for check-in
